Robby has over 30 years' experience as an industrial machinist working in the manufacturing sector. He has spent the majority of those years working for companies in the stone and metal industries such as W.J. Savage and Sawing Systems Inc.

In 2003, Robby was promoted to plant superintendent at Sawing Systems Inc. There he oversaw production and R&D for three consecutive record years for SSI. During those years, Robby was instrumental in developing several new machines for Sawing Systems various product lines.

In late 2009, Robby saw the growing demand for quality aftermarket parts for the older, unsupported equipment lines in the stone, metal and concrete industries. He founded Custom Saw Services in early 2010 to serve the needs of those industries.
